.Net Core is Improving Software Development and is Good for Business

The most essential differences between the .NET Core system and the .NET framework include:

.NET Core and .NET framework both have their uses. .NET Core is best used for cross-platform application development, for enabling developers to leverage CLI (command-line interface) control, and for deploying enterprise cloud applications. Additionally, due to its modular, scalable nature, .NET Core is best used when micro-services need to be deployed by a firm. Lastly, .NET Core is best used when a highly scalable system - with high performance needs - is to be deployed and utilized. .NET Core, due to its dynamic flexibility, could allow a business system using a large number of micro-services to offer the most efficient user experience.

While .NET Core is a robust and powerful development framework, some functionalities are still missing - such as the dichotomy between Entity Framework Core and Entity Framework v6 - functionalities that are still found in .NETFramework.
